Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.

Return
To be eligible for a return,

  • You must raise a request via email or call within 12 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • The items must be returned to our address in their original packaging, without being used or washed, and with all products and tags intact as received.

Once we receive the return package and confirm it meets all the criteria, the refund or store credit points will be processed within 2–3 business days to your account.

NOTE: Any product purchased on discount are not eligible for refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, You will receive the credit within 3 days.

Shipping

The exchange or return once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on support@sevn.store on the same email thread.
